RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

GENERAL POLICY

At Allulo, we are committed to providing high-quality food products. This Returns and Refund Policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

No Returns on Opened Products

  • No returns will be accepted if the product packaging has been opened.
  • No returns will be accepted if the product seal has been broken.
  • No returns for damage occurring after delivery.

Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Original proof of purchase is required.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

  • Damaged products (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
  • Incorrect products delivered.
  • Products that do not match their description.
  • Products that have not yet been delivered to the customer.

Refund Process

  • Upon acceptance of a valid return, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to our error will be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if not due to our error.

Food Safety

  • We cannot accept returns of temperature-sensitive items.
  • Returned food products cannot be resold.
  • All returned items will be disposed of according to health regulations.
